[1] before commissioning me

  • i have the right to deny any commission request for any reason.

  • character references MUST be digital AND IN COLOR so i can get accurate colors for the final product.

  • completing your commission will take between 1 day to 2 weeks depending on (1) the individual order and (2) the amount of external work i have at any given time.

  • i will let you know before you pay the estimated amount of time it will take to finish your commission.

  • if you need the request done by a specific time, you MUST say so in your initial request.

[2] payment

  • i will not begin the sketching process until payment is sent.

  • for orders under $75, i must receive full payment upfront. if this does not work for you, please say so in your initial request (under "anything else?").

  • for orders over $75, i must receive half of the full payment upfront and the remainder after the sketch is finalized.

  • if paying with paypal, please provide your paypal email in the form under "payment type/info". i will send an invoice to you and will not begin fulfillment until payment is sent.

  • if paying with venmo, please provide your venmo username in the form under "payment type/info". i will send you a request of the full amount and disclose my account username before sending the request.

[3] art process

  • i will send a traditional sketch (aka work in progress or "wip") of the piece(s) before starting the digital process. if there are any problems, let me know so i can fix them before the digital process.

  • if you wish for a refund, i will issue a full refund if the digital process has not been started (i.e., during or after the wip is sent to you and are approved). if the wip was approved and the digital process began, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.

[4] after commissioning me

  • once the order is fulfilled, i will send you a separate file of the finished piece (.png) via the method of communication you chose.

  • the finished piece can be used for personal use (such as posting to touhou.se). if uploaded to toyhou.se, you must credit me (under @/mlplover717).

  • the finished piece cannot be used for commercial use. i do not offer commercial usage rights at this time.

  • do not upload the finished piece to social media without my permission. if permission is granted, you must credit me with my twitter account (@/em_bread).

  • do not remove my signature from the piece.

by commissioning me, you agree and have read the terms listed above.
